Please note that prices throughout are per person, unless otherwise indicated. Children 3-10 are at half price of the selected menu items. Children over the age of 10 are charged as adults.

CATERING AGREEMENT
ATTENDENCE GUARANTEE
In arranging meal service, attendance must be specified SEVENTY-TWO HOURS in advance and be given on a Tuesday through Friday basis. The number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. We will prepare for 5% over the guaranteed number. MacQue's is responsible for set-up, clean up and tear down of the buffet table, kitchen area and any other responsibility that is directly related to our catering.
PAYMENT
All catering charges will be paid in advance of the function. A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid at the time of signing the contract. The deposit will secure catering services for the date and time indicated in your submission, and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
A mandatory 15% service fee will be automatically included to your total amount. Changes and corrections to this contract are flexible, and will be accommodated within a reasonable time period as long as the client named in the contract and MacQue's agree by initialing each change that is made.
If the arrangements above meet with the client's approval, continue to fill out the following and submit a completed form. Upon receipt of the copy we will consider all arrangements confirmed.
